Refund & Returns Policy

At Buckeye Farms, customer satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the nature of cannabis products and California state regulations, most cannabis sales are considered final. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be available and outlines the conditions under which they may be approved.
This policy applies to all purchases made in-store or through online ordering for pickup at Buckeye Farms.
All Cannabis Sales Are Final
Under California law and health regulations:

All cannabis product sales are final once the product leaves the dispensary or is picked up by the customer.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for cannabis products due to personal preference, dissatisfaction with effects, or change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to, flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vape cartridges, tinctures, topicals, and beverages.
These rules apply to both in-store purchases and online orders picked up at the dispensary.
Eligible Exceptions
Although most sales are final, Buckeye Farms may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in limited circumstances, subject to management approval.
1. Defective or Damaged Products
You may be eligible for an exchange or refund if a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, such as:

Leaking vape cartridges

Broken seals

Manufacturing defects

Visible damage to packaging upon pickup
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or pickup. The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible, along with proof of purchase.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, incorrect quantity, or an item you did not order, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup. Once verified, we will correct the error by providing the correct item, a replacement, or a refund as appropriate.
3. Expired Products
If a product is discovered to be past its expiration date at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund when returned with the original receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Opened, used, or partially consumed cannabis products

Products without original packaging or labels

Sale, promotional, or clearance items

Cannabis accessories, merchandise, or paraphernalia

Products returned outside the stated reporting timeframe
Buckeye Farms reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or appears to have been tampered with.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund, exchange, or store credit for an eligible issue:

Contact Buckeye Farms as soon as possible, either in person, by phone, or by email.

Provide your proof of purchase or order number.

Clearly explain the issue and present the product for inspection.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to management discretion and regulatory requirements.
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
Online Order Cancellations

Online orders may be canceled before they are prepared for pickup.

Once an order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under the eligible exceptions listed above.

Buckeye Farms operates in full compliance with California cannabis laws and local regulations. This Refund & Returns Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
